Sleepy Gzzz offers different types of packages based on your unique situation. I provide evidence based recommendations and solutions for sleep issues such as night awakenings, bedtime battles and nap transitions. No matter which package you choose, I will provide guidance and support for various sleep training methods, including gentle techniques and more structured approaches. I work with you and create a customized sleep plan for you and your child while, keeping your parenting style and comfort level as my top priority.

Preliminary Questionnaire & Evaluation:
This comprehensive questionnaire will help me gain insight and a comprehensive understanding of your family routine and your child’s sleep habits, bedtime routine, temperament and current schedule. I will use this information to develop an effective sleep plan that is 100% personalized to fit your family’s needs.

A 90 Minute Personal Consultation (by phone or video conference):
During the call, we will review the sleep training plan that was specifically developed and tailored for you and your family using the questionnaire. Together, we will go over the plan in detail and I will answer any of your questions in order for you to have a clear understanding of the process and be successful!

Two - Three Week of Follow-Up Support:
You can count on me! I will be available for follow-up support to implement the strategies and recommendations discussed during our consultation. You will have access to me via scheduled phone call, emails, and messenger. After night one, I will be checking in with you to offer additional guidance and answer any of your questions. I will review your daily sleep logs and track patterns. I will provide feedback or make adjustments to the sleep plan as needed if we encounter some bumps in the road. I will ensure that you are successfully implementing the strategies and recommendations discussed during the consultation so that we achieve your goals.
